4. Geography Preference - East Coast With A Primary Focus On Florida, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, New England, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Martha's Vineyard - Properties Located In Major Metropolitan Cities Within The US - Within States Along The Eastcoast & Southcoast.  We Will Consider International Sales And or Joint Contract Agreement's In European Countries & Asia.

5. Construction 2nd Or 3rd Gen Hotel Properties

6. Minimum Deal Size - $45,000+

7. Maximum Deal Size - $3,500,000

8. Additional Investment Structure's - Dillon Hospitality Will Consider Joint Venture Partner Agreements And Incentive Fee Structures To Broker And Seller,  Such As Business Management Contracts.

Bar Guidelines

1. Product - Bars

2. Unit Minimum 450 Capacity

3. Geography Preference - East Coast With A Primary Focus On Florida, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, New England, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Martha's Vineyard - Properties Located In Major Metropolitan Cities Within The US - Within States Along The Eastcoast & Southcoast.  We Will Consider International Sales And or Joint Contract Agreement's In European Countries & Asia.

4. Construction 2nd Or 3rd Gen Bar Properties

5. Minimum Deal Size - $45,000+

6. Maximum Deal Size - $750,000

3. Unit Maximum 450 Seats
