Dillon Hospitality Management, Inc. took over operations of Mickey Doyle's Sports Pub on June 15, 2018, leading a new era of growth and operational excellence for the establishment. Originally opened in 2004, Mickey Doyle’s became known for delivering a memorable sports pub experience built on quality service, strong management, and a welcoming atmosphere.

For more than four years, Dillon Hospitality Management successfully oversaw day-to-day operations, helping elevate the business through dedicated leadership, customer-focused service, and high operational standards. During this period, the establishment earned a reputation as a destination guests would never forget.

Although Mickey Doyle’s was sold to a private buyer in 2018, Dillon Hospitality Management continued to maintain management contracts with the establishment through February 2022. 

The partnership concluded when Dillon Hospitality Management chose to end its involvement due to declining operating standards under the new ownership.
